Spoiler alert! Preview of exclusive content

We are on track to attend Enlit Africa from June 7-9 at the CTICC in Cape Town, where we will be launching the latest edition of ESI Africa and Elites 2022 magazine.

All attendees will receive a free copy of issue 1-2022, but this exceptional issue has so much to offer that I was eager to share hot topics.

Some of the article titles that I know you will be interested in include:

  • Where to find green hydrogen growth opportunities
  • Privatization of transmission networks – a work in progress
  • Integration of mini-grid tariff settlement tools
  • How Smart Meters Integrate Distributed Renewable Energy Solutions in Uganda

With over 30 pieces of content, including a special guide to Enlit Africa, our cover story is an exclusive interview with Joe Anis, President and CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for GE Gas Power. In our conversation, Anis shares her thoughts on Africa’s energy transition, the need for decarbonization and the solutions that will make it happen.

Anis talks about ways to systematically approach the task of turning high-efficiency gas production into a zero or near-zero carbon resource: pre- and post-combustion.

“Today, hydrogen can be blended with natural gas to power new and existing GE gas turbines, paving the way for the decarbonization of assets already in the field or to be installed. When it comes to post-combustion, carbon capture, utilization and storage is one such solution that will play a crucial role across multiple sectors on the path to reducing carbon emissions,” explained .

With many more reviews like the one above, get your print copy at Enlit Africa or contact us to join the print magazine mailing list.

Until next week.
Be careful.
